Independent technology consulting for businesses and individuals. You describe what you need. I work out the right solution — whether that is something I build for you, or someone I have personally vetted and would use myself.
How I work
I'm a consultant, not a vendor. If the right answer isn't me, I'll tell you who it is.
Most tech problems do not start with the tech. They start with not knowing what you actually need, and not knowing who to trust. That is the part I solve first.
No more comparing five products at midnight or taking a stranger's word for it. You get one clear recommendation and the reasoning behind it.
Laptop dying, website out of date, an app idea, a printer nobody can fix. Bring it all to the same place instead of finding a new specialist every time.
If you do not need to spend the money, I will say so. Quoting you for work you do not need is the fastest way to lose a client I would rather keep for years.
When the job belongs to someone else, it goes to a person I know and have checked out. You are never handed off to a stranger and left to hope.
Services
These are the things I do most. The list is not a limit — if it plugs in, connects or runs on a screen, ask me about it.
The core of what I do. Tell me the problem or the goal, and I come back with the actual answer and what it costs.
A real site that loads fast and works on a phone. I build the whole thing, then show you how to run it, so you are never locked out of your own website.
Slow machines, failing drives, new devices, home networks. Fixed properly, with the cause explained in plain English.
When off-the-shelf software does not fit the way you actually work, it gets built around you instead.
Logos, signage, menus, vehicle graphics, social artwork. The visual side handled by the same person who handles the technical side.
Smart home, point of sale, cameras, phone systems, data recovery, the thing you are embarrassed to ask about. Ask anyway.
Standard on every build
Every site and app I ship comes with Max already inside it. He is your assistant for the thing I built you — change your hours, update a price, check whether anything is broken. You type it the way you would say it out loud.
No key, no subscription, no bill attached to him. He is part of what you bought.
He works with the internet down. There is no service to go offline, expire or start charging you later.
Every answer comes from something he actually did or actually checked. If he does not know, he says so instead of guessing.
You should not have to ring me to change a phone number. It is your business and it should feel like yours.
Max ships inside every site and app I build.
Pricing
Every customer is different, so we do not start with some big package you have to squeeze into. We start with one real, finished thing in your hands — then work out what actually comes next.
Flat rate. Built, finished, handed over.
Most machines, same visit
$39 each for three or more
Everything else — repairs, custom apps, graphic design, networks, or the thing you are not quite sure how to describe — gets a straight quote once we have talked it through. The first conversation is always free.
Monthly, no contract
For people who would rather have someone on call than go hunting for help every time something comes up. One flat monthly price, and I am simply there.
Cancel any time. No contract, no set-up fee.

The process
Call, text or email. Describe it however it makes sense to you — you do not need the right words for it. There is no charge for this part.
I look at what you actually need, what it should cost, and who should do it. You get a plain recommendation, in writing, with the number attached.
I do the work, or I hand it to someone I have vetted and stay involved until it is done right. You are not left managing it alone.
Get in touch
The first conversation costs nothing and there is no obligation attached to it. If I am not the right fit, I will point you at who is.
